Rogers Healy was born to build, market and sell. Rogers was born in Corpus Christi, moved to
San Antonio as a child, and then made his final Texas stop in Dallas in the early 1990’s. From day

on large tract land and residential development, including the construction of luxury homes, ranches, resorts and
commercial properties.

In 2014, Jerry along with the
Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones Family, founded the company Blue Star Payment
Solutions. Blue Star created the first merchant services’ relationship with a professional sports franchise. Jerry
served as the President and General Counsel of the company up until it merged with a technology company in late
2015. This newly formed entity was branded Blue Star Sports and he served as the Chief Business & Legal Officer
until his departure in late 2017. Blue Star Sports k/n/a Stack Sports, built through acquisition and innovation, a full
sports technology ecosystem that provides youth sports with an all-encompassing platform to simplify the
registration, payments, and administration of youth sports leagues, clubs, associations, tournaments, and teams.  
Blue Star Sports received landmark investments from the Jones Family, Providence Equity Partners, WorldPay/Bain
Capital and was ultimately sold to an investment group led by Genstar Capital and Providence Equity.
